When the opportunity arose for Mary Jane Coyle to start up a consulting practice more than 15 years ago, she rapidly demonstrated her talent as a true business partner, providing solutions that meet the specific needs of a business. Mary Jane can deliver hands-on help or strategic “best practices” initiatives, working with small start ups through large corporate entitities. She is an effective team player and a great listener, so she is able to assess the challenge at hand and prioritize recommendations aligned with the size, urgency, and budget of the company. She has an extensive career in diverse industries including pharmaceutical, food industry, hospital/healthcare, utilities, information technology, business services, and government services.

Holding a long-standing career at Lockheed Martin, Mary Jane progressed to a senior position supporting strategic and operational initiatives that helped position the company to succeed in current and emerging markets. She was also a key contributor through many mergers and acquisitions (M&A), serving as an HR compensation member of M&A teams. Mary Jane was presented with a Lockheed Martin Corporate Human Resources Award for her contributions to the Compensation Department. She is recognized for strong analytical, consulting and customer support skills as well as her ability to collaborate closely with other functions including HR, finance, contracts, business lines, legal and business development. She collaborated with all levels within the organization including senior executives.

Mary Jane earned her Bachelor of Arts, from LaSalle University, PA, majoring in Psychology / Human Resources Management. She is an active member of numerous Professional Associations, including TriState Human Resources Management Association, a local division of SHRM (the Society for Human Resources Management) as well as Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association.
